Located across from the Port Perry Fairgrounds, is the Old Simcoe Center. This property is located in Port Perry, which is the commercial and administrative centre for the Township of Scugog.
The Old Simcoe Center is rectangular in shape and is comprised of two free standing buildings (a Tim Horton’s Café restaurant and a single retail commercial building) and excess land. Both buildings were built in 2008 and although the larger retail building was built for 12 occupants it is at full occupancy with only six Tenants’.
As for the excess land, it is currently awaiting development. What the future holds for this land is exciting.
