• Our onsite team will meet the existing tenant for a walkthrough of the space to ensure suitable conditions have been maintained and provide an exit checklist.  
• The vacant space will be listed by our designated agent on MLS. Marketing assets such as updated photos, print materials and signage will be advertised to occupy the space in a timely manner.
• Our real estate agent will be on site at every showing to answer potential tenants’s questions on the spot. From renovation requests to space requirements, our THMR team will create and build your vision with you.  
• Once the offer is received and the lease is signed, the THMR Commercial Development team will ensure all requests and requirements have been met. From there, the keys are yours to open the doors to a future of success.
